Phoenix Docklite®

Phoenix Products introduced the first light designed for loading docks in 1961.  It soon became the industry standard.  Phoenix maintains its leadership position today with the broadest line of dock lights available.  The standard, modular system makes replacement less costly and more convenient and accommodates a variety of lamp types.  Specialty fixtures include an explosion-proof model, a wet location unit, and ceiling mount fixtures.  Each fixture features durable, corrosion-resistant construction.  Accessories include fans, glare guards, and mounting kits.

The Modular docklite® is made of modular components for greater flexibility and lower costs. The quality materials and insightful design make it the toughest docklite available. The Phoenix docklite® not only works well for dock lighting, but as task lighting for precision work.

DLA-16W-LED

The DLA 16W LED docklite® head uses long life LEDs (50,000 hours) and delivers an instant-on, bright, uniform light. Powered by 16W, the LED docklite® is much more energy efficient than the standard incandescent head using a 150W lamp. It is designed to easily retrofit to installed dock light arms of nearly any brand. Requiring no lamp or ballast changes, the fixture requires virtually no maintenance. Unlike compact fluorescent lamps, the LED light source contains no mercury. With no filament to break, the LED head is extremely durable and far more likely to survive any accidental impact compared to traditional dock light heads.

DLP-FLEX-LED

Intended to be mounted next to overhead doors on loading docks, the Phoenix FLEX LED docklite® is designed for illuminating truck trailers. With its minimalist construction and sleek profile, Phoenix FLEX LED exudes style in an often otherwise utilitarian environment. Its compact design minimizes the potential for unintended impact with overhead doors or fork trucks on loading docks. When impact does occur, the flexible arm and hinged bracket allow the fixture to swing easily out of the way. With no filament to break, the solid state light source readily withstands impact. The FLEX LED docklite® is energy-efficient and extremely low maintenance.

DL-42-ARM-MFCO

The DL-42-ARM-MFCO is our most popular arm. Ideally sized for most applications, this neat and simple arm  is unique in that as well as rotating about the wall bracket, the outer arm can also flex 240 degrees vertically and 300 degrees horizontally with the touch of a hand. The arm and light head will stay where directed without need of further loosening or tightening of knobs, etc. We call this “Touch Control”. This flex feature is also valuable in preventing damage from overhead doors or carelessly used forklift trucks.

  • Durable and proven, designed specifically for use in busy loading bay door areas.
  • Thermoset powder-coat finished.
  • Made from 38mm square steel tube.
  • Zinc-plated steel mounting bracket can be mounted directly to loading bay door structure or wall.
  • Zinc-plated steel wrist action middle joint permits multi-directional movement.
  • Brake joints are incorporated into all pivots to allow energy from an impact to be absorbed.
  • Brake joints give smooth operation, quick and precise positioning, long life and greater stability.
  • A built in On/Off rocker switch controls power to the head via an IEC socket.
  • Available with IEC socket and without switch for remote operation.
  • CE and RoHs compliant.
  • Recommended mounting height is 1.78m from floor.
